“Excellent customer service - there were a couple of flaws in the glass sconces of the chandelier and when I reported this to castlegate lights I received replacements for them without any problem and very quickly. This is my second purchase from Castlegate lights and both lights are first class - I would certainly buy from this company again.
The latest purchase, the 6 light stag chandelier is lovely and has the bonus of being 'dimmeable' which is great especially when you need a bright light to do something and also if you want a subtle light to watch tv or other.

Was told order was to be commissioned by an artist, but the guys at Castlegate Lights managed to get it to me on a tight deadline with days to spare, so I could present the item as a gift to the local landlady of the Greyhound Pub. “I'm still getting used to ordering on line but Castlegate's website is clear and easy to follow and gave me all the information I needed. There are clear photos and all the information needed about bulbs etc. The lights were sent within the week of ordering and were well packaged with no breakages. The returnes policy is clear and fair tho' I didn't need to return anything. When I had all the lights fitted I ordered 2 more by phone where a pleasant and helpful woman efficiently took my order.
