“I chose this company as they had a good reputation on Trustpilot and the delivery time was fast. I experienced a very long delay (additional 2 weeks to get my purchase) from what was advertised, and there was no notification. The Castlegate website showed the product I purchased as "in stock" and deliverred in 3-5 business days. This was a very frustrating process as many of the times when I called I couldn't reach a person, so left a message requesting to be called back - which never happened. On day 4 after purchase I called as I hadnt recieved a dispatch notice. Although the call representative was polite, I was promised that a review of my would occur and I would be informed with an update, which never occurred. I called back on the 5, 7, 11th day and I was given the same response. "I will look into what is going on and let you know" which never occurred. On day 11 I asked that the manager be notified of my situation, and that I was not satisfied with the service provided. From my experience, this made no difference. I have recieved my product and it looks in good shape, but the frustration caused, and cost with this delay were not worth the small difference in price compared to the competitors.”
