I stuck with it and, true to form, the lamp was dispatched when they said it would. When you phone Castlegate lights the phone is answered promptly without any recorded message and the usual " We are experiencing a higher number of calls...." lame excuse for poor service. The customer service is first class and they will continue to be my first place to go to for lighting.”
“I'm very pleased with the quality and look of your fluted glass light shade which looks a good as it did in the comprehensive range of lights displayed in your easy to navigate website. However, the style options for the light with bulb fittings could for ease of product comparison be photographed at a standard profile angle. At a glance it may be thought that they merely offer a choice of metal finish and colour whereas the choice is also one of the bulb fitting's shape and design which in capping the shade may have a strong impact on the style of the light overall when hung. As it turns out overlooking this variation in the online viewing wasn't a problem, but for some it could be.”
