“Excellent repairs service on several cashmere items, some of which were in a very poor state. Very pleased indeed. They also advised of return date in order that I could be in to receive the parcel. Very easy process.”

“I’m fortunate to have a variety of cashmere & cotton scarves and jumpers. So soft and beautifully made, with a lovely selection of different styles. My favourite is The Abigail which always gets a compliment from others, especially how soft it feels. As a company Cashmere & cotton are a luxury brand and have an all round excellent customer service, from ordering to quick despatch and delivery. Highly recommended and worth saving for that timeless piece of gorgeousness that will last for years. They even have a reconditioning and repair service! Quality.”

“Beautiful products but I was quite shocked at the customer care of a company associating itself with quality. My purchase was not delivered to me. I was told by the person who dealt with the query that it had been delivered somewhere on my road and asked ‘cant you go and look for it?’. I did and wrote back saying I had knocked on all the doors of the range she gave me and nobody had it. That was last week. I have heard nothing since. I was about to order another sweater but it has made me nervous. The lost purchase was about £15. The next was to be over £200.”
