“The storage bag that I bought had a very strong plastic smell inside, even after I tried to air it overnight. The company reacted well and asked to return it. I was reimbursed for the item, but unfortunately not for the postage that was £4.95. Can I get reimbursed for this, too, please?”

“I have purchased orders from C&C before and always found this a pleasure.l looked at this scarf several times as I thought it was a little expensive but decided it was perfect for a birthday treat just a shame I couldn't get a oversized jumper to match.”

“I bought the Kimono in ginger quill plus scarf in same colour with stripe. I probably would not have bought this colour ( I have your products in other colours) but seeing it at Spirit Of Christmas I had to have it. The ladies at the fair were so nice, not pushy just helpful, which is a skill.”
