“Arrived promptly, beautifully packed and really lovely goods but sadly the colour was totally wrong for me and somewhat different to how it had appeared on the website. I'm afraid I had to return the goods. I will try again in the future.”

“I anticipated leaving an individual review for the Grace jumper but have come through to this more general site. Anyway, I now have 2 Grace jumpers and they are lovely, it’s good to have a different style. I have shopped with C&C many times before and have always been happy with the quality of jumpers ( very little piling, wash well) and excellent customer service. They are expensive but they seem to last well . Would recommend.”

“I was planning on leaving reviews of my purchases (which were all lovely) but the links sent in the email asking for reviews didn't work and took me to a part of the website that didn't seem finished (had lots of 'ipsom lorem text!'. Went to each individual garment and tried to review from there but to no avail. So, I'll review the delivery and customer service - all good, nicely packed and arrived in an expected time frame.”

“Prompt delivery, which was great, colour well represented from website! Size M/L, Length arms really too short, was told at Olympia Fair to pull really hard..?! My hight: 179cm. Size 38/40. This was a disappointment, maybe wrist warmers might help.. Otherwise, lovely 'weight' and colours fantastic!”

“I love & have some of C&C's styles. That said, I have docked 2 stars because I find paying postage on top of their extremely high prices is beyond annoying & unnecessary and their sweaters pil (bauble) very badly, reducing the life of the item significantly. I have waited until I have had a few of C&C's items before posting my review as I wanted to make sure that the pil-ing was not a one-off.”

“I love your products and only buy natural fibres these days including sheep skin from you and Celtic and co. I was, however, disappointed with your packaging which was 3 plastic bags!!!!! Celtic and co pack everything in paper and cardboard. It would be good if you could do the same.”

Good morning Joy, Thank you for taking the time to give your valuable feedback. At our busiest time of year we were sadly let down by our packaging supplier, and have had to pack some items using our back up stock, I am afraid. We do use bio degradable bags during sale times but are working hard to restore our normal packaging going forward. Sorry your item was not as per our normal standard, but hope you love your new cashmere? Many Thanks, Tracy

“Usual great service. Loved the poncho but would have liked it a couple of inches longer. Great over dresses but a bit short for layering over jumpers. Will be useful for keeping warm when the weather gets colder.”

“Excellent service, very friendly staff, carefully packed parcel. Absolutely love my new pale pink items - travel wrap, scarf, gloves and long sleeve kimono. Still wearing items from about 10 years ago - they last forever! Great value for money.”
