“vERY QUICK SERVICE AND THE CRG MODEL 2 IS A NICE BASIC MACHINE. EASY OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS BUT LIKE SO MANY PROGRAMMING MANUALS QUITE DIFFICULT TO USE. BUT A CALL TO TECH SUPPORT, PROMPTLY ANSWERED, SORTED OUT ALL MY PROBLEMS. MACHINE CODED UP SO DUMMIES CAN USE COMPLETED IN A DAY.”
