“First time user and found instructions difficult maybe some link to a video to watch would be useful but the register we got does exactly what we need”

“Having tried several other card readers in the past, I was surprised at just how simple it is to use. I have to admit that as a pensioner who is not proficient in technology setting up took me a while, but once there i am satisfied that i have found a system that is pensioner friendly.”

“Purchased EPOS till, printer and 15" screen all of which arrived within 24 hours. We are a sports club and the till is for our main bar, I thought the set up instructions were lacking and had to ring customer helpline 3 times for assistance in programming the system. Having said that the customer services team were very helpful and assisted me on each occasion with the correct proceedures to set up the system. I would have preferred written instructions to follow as to how to set up the system / programming to our needs . Now that it is set up and appears to be working fine we will put it into use and assuming no issues when our bar staff get their hands on it I propose to buy a further identical system as its a great price for what you get for your money.”

“Excellent product range, and shipped our new cash register very quickly, for a good price. Only just started installing it, so limited experience of its performance, but so far so good. Easy to use in most respects, but probably a bit over featured for our small business, and the programming manual is very difficult to follow if you are not an IT expert. Will probably improve with experience.”
