Ordering and delivering was fine. The ad is misleading. The first words are 'Basic' which is a lie. Basic means easy to use, not complicated. This machine has so many different settings on it, that it is very hard to navigate through. Basic to me means put in amount of order, how much cash was received and change was shown. At end of day, turn it to z, it prints out what was received in cash, how many orders were taken, finished. Next day, starts over from beginning. Not this one. You have to navigate to even get to z, it doesn't delete anything, it just carries on from day before. Machine is for a rocket scientist, not a small business.

hi Deborah, thanks for your review. i can see you've ordered the XA137 - While the machine does have various options / settings - it doesn't mean you have to use them. to use it in it's simplest way, all you do is go to registration type amount hit department repeat for multiple items press sub total (and machine will give you a running total) you can either press a payment button or type in the amount of cash then press cash for it to calculate the change. to run the Z report, go to Z reports > FINANCIAL > ENTER and that's it. if its not resetting it is likely you are running it in X report rather than Z. we do offer free support - so feel free to reach out to us if you still need help

Dilvery 1-2 days first day DPD sorry delay we can't deliver today ,second day driver turned up can't find parcel in the van will return later,nope,even though explained need this till to open shop tomorrow, day three sat waiting for delivery only to get message that I'm not home, and that they will kindly try again in a couple of days!!well crg guess. In less try then days that I have been waiting,what you can do with your cash register??

hi Nick, sorry for the issues experienced with DPD. i can now see the item is delivered. sorry it has arrived late to yourselves. i can see from the tracking: day 1 - unable to deliver - problem encountered on route (not sure of reason sorry) day 2 - attempted delivery at 6.28 - photo taken of your gate day 3 - unable to deliver (this is probably the day the driver couldn't find the parcel in van as no scans) day 4 - delivered

Dont buy anything from this company, they don't deliver on time. Three days I've been waiting for a cash register they promised to deliver next day. And have the cheek to ask me to write a review. Unbelievable.

Hi - We appreciate all reviews that we receive - however the issue was with the delivery company which we will look into - we did ship with next working day delivery for you and looking at the delivery log extra delivery instructions were required by the courier for the delivery

On the 19th of July , my parcel was delivered to a wrong address by Diallo . Please refund the 37 pounds I paid for the cost of the sum up and the delivery of the item . Yours sincerely , Omoruyi Ogie .

Never received my item! DPD dumped it on my doorstep when I was away for the weekend, and it wasn’t there when I got home! I received no delivery updates from this company to tell me it was being delivered. Contacted the company asking when I could expect my delivery, was how I found out my parcel was missing, received no help from them, they could not care less! They’ve got my £173 so aren’t interested in what’s happened to my parcel! Meant to be investigating with courier but haven’t communicated at all! DO NOT use this company, they are absolute cowboys! They are allowing couriers to leave parcels In unsafe places, they’re accepting this, so are part of the problem! This issue is meant to be between them and the courier, but they’re happy to allow the customer to be affected! If a box is on a doorstep, the photograph is meant to show the door partially open, mine doesn’t. Courier states I accepted the parcel, but I was away, so this is a blatant lie! Time stamped, photographic evidence showing I was away with my family was submitted, but ignored! Who’s to say the courier didn’t lift the box, he lied about me signing for it, so has proven the he is untrustworthy. DPD are also banned from my property so shouldn’t have received this parcel in the first place, all factors this company are choosing to ignore! ***DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS LOT! YOU WILL ONLY BE RIPPED OFF IF THERE’S A DELIVERY ISSUE! THE AFTER SALES TEAM ARE AWFUL!***

hi Laura, as previously communicated the parcel was left as you have previously given DPD permission to leave - unfortunately they didn't leave in the previously requested area. there is a ongoing investigation with DPD (reference 15976787847889) while I agree entirely the time taken is longer than expected - we have acted on the incident asap. You have opened an open Paypal dispute - therefore that is in Paypal hands. we have also received two negative reviews online from us for what seems to be something outside our control. Also on our site we even state we use DPD on the checkout, but you continued to order with us, even though there seems to be some kind of prior disagreement with yourself and DPD.

Ordered a new hand held POS device. However, when received, it was not brand new and the serial number of the device did not match the number on the box. Unfortunately, I am not able to recommend this retailer.

Delivery was excellent, the printer and supplies arrived the next day. However, customer support is non-existent. Having had trouble getting the printer installed and working, I rang for help. the young lady I spoke to couldn't help, and promised someone would call me back. This did not happen. A follow-up e-mail from me the following morning (with alternative contact details) also produced no result. I currently have a printer I cannot use.

To Manager of CRG: I cannot update my machine. After wifi and email registration I got "SERVER ERROR" many times. Nobody can help in your office because call ends very quick. Tell me where I can get help . I need to update my machine. Jorge Deliot-Mikoherb limited

I suggest you change your courier as I paid the extra to have it delivered the next day and I haven’t received it yet I keep getting emails to say there is a delay it will be with you tomorrow after waiting in for it to arrive I’m not amused kind regards Roger Lillicrap

Never received my purchase, it went to the wrong house, and instead of appologising, I was told to go pick it up..when I said I won't go looking around to find something I ordered and paid for..was told they will ask the driver to pick up and deliver to me,which never happened..put me in a sticky spot and have to buy one elsewhere.....not helpful,very dissatisfied!

hi, when you called to say the item hadn't been received, it had been delivered to wrong house by DPD - it was only approx 300m down the road - and although not the service you should expect, we suggested that you just go and collect to resolve the issue quickly. however as you refused - we sent a member of the team to the property which took approx 45mins. by the time we got there - no one answered. we returned to the property in the evening - and we were told the parcels have gone from the shared corridor. we have since refunded you in full and still without the items.

Still not received my item , phoned cash register group and told me they will look into it and some one will phone me back, still waiting for someone to phone me . Very frustrating

Not happy with your company. Paid for next day delivery on Thursday, it still hasnt arrived. Rang DPD to ask them but cant get through. Tried tracking parcel but reference number not reconised. Rang company spoke to a very rude man who said cant hear you and hung up.

You will be OK dealing with this company if you spend a lot of money, but not if your needs are basic and low value. And that came from them, I quote 'you only spent £100.' Forget the fact that the product sold is not fit for purpose and only purchased in October. They have refused to entertain a replacement only offering a repair and I have to pay postage both ways. What good is that to a small business needing a till to trade? Not at all customer friendly or service orientated.

Hello Mark, we spoke earlier on the phone. Your cash drawer is catching and staying shut, we helped you over the phone yesterday when the lock was in the down position. It sounds like it is catching again. We can repair this machine but you do have to send it to us as it hasn`t got an on-site warranty. Other models we sell like the Olivetti or Sharp models has better types of warranty like On-site or Swap out, which you may want to look at next time you purchase a cash register. We do also recommend all businesses to have a backup machine should issues like this arise. We tried to be friendly and we are giving you the service you paid for but we cannot offer something you have not paid for. I would recommend using the courier service "Parcel2go" which can be found on the internet, they will pick up and deliver to our premises for about £6 to £8 Best regards, Des Hooper
