I purchased a returned used cash register from CRG and I am very pleased with it. It arrived in good time and was packaged in a strong cardboard box. Plenty of packing material to protect the register in transit. The manual is easy to follow but in saying that I did have a few issues I was stuck on. When I phoned the Tech help I was answered in good time. Mark (I think was his name) talked me through my issue of programming one section with great patience and got me through. Another day I called again with another issue, Shane I think, helped me solve this one easily. The tech help is excellent and I can whole heartedly recommend CRG. Very pleased. Peter.

It was pretty easy buying the Sumup device, but we found it difficult to set up. The instructions you give are basic and say nothing about getting your Chairman to set up the account correctly. I am Treasurer of Bude Choral Society and the Sumup phone line is very unhelpful. We tried out the device at a concert end March spending about £23 which looked to have worked. However, getting the money into our BCS account seemed very difficult. Our Chairman eventually got through to a human (getting past the AI robot on the phone line is not at all easy), and explained that this payment had not been made to the named account - this was one consequence of not setting it up properly mainly due to the lack of instructions from Sumup. The Chairman sent in a list of trustees for the charity which included details of Date of Birth. When checked Saturday, this had not arrived and thus had not been confirmed. The 'back payment' for ~ £23 was promised on Saturday 7/6/25 and I hope to confirm receipt of that this weeks. The whole set up is difficult. I hereby mark you as 2 on 5 for these reasons.

XA137 Fast delivery. Sounds & looks basic. Would have paid less but does the job for what was required Found ours a bit slow adding up. Gerenally easy set up. This one after switching on the screen was blank Rang early morning engineer answered straight and helped fixed the issue. He thinks a wire got displaced during transin Very good service. Would use again

CRG served me well after me choosing an epos till that had too many functions for the use I needed. I just needed a basic cash till really. CRG put me right with their knowledgeable advice and I am satisfied with the CRG 500. Thank you Shane and Mark. Highly recommended customer service.

The on/off button on our till screen Zonerich ZQ-A606 15" Android Terminal has broken twice in 3 months, we've only had the terminal 5 months. The first time they took the terminal away to repair, completed and returned within 4-5 working days. This time they advised they can send out a new on/off button to replace myself. However they have put someone else's order in the package and my button has presumably been sent to someone else. Now my business is another day without a till, unable to accept cash. Cheap items and poor customer service.

CRG are the best. They sourced for me the cash register part I needed. Yes it couldn't be done straight away but they aced it in the end. 10/10 I couldn't ask for better, DPD on the other hand delivering the part, well that's another story. CRG, thanks!

hi Mark Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, which does seem extremely harsh. We firstly sourced the product from China for you, and kept you updated for when it arrived. You then placed a order and paid via Paypal Echeque which takes between 5-8 days to clear - we have no control over this at all - you would need to speak to Paypal for reasons why. the day the payment cleared - we shipped the goods on a next day delivery - tracking automatically emailed. The reason we didn't send Royal mail was the size of the item. DPD attempted delivery on the 29th @ 1.18pm - photo of your front door taken There was then a request to deliver to Nisa Local shop - again we did not request this - so I am guessing you have saved this as an alternative delivery option within the mydpd app web login. i have requested the parcel to be returned and a refund will be issued as requested.
