“Bought a Till printer and I couldnt get it installed. One call and the guy told me he would unpack one and install it on his computer and call me back to tell me how it was done. He called me back within the hour and talked me through it! Amazing aftercare. I had stressed for hours over it and one call and it was sorted! I should of picked the phone up sooner. Thank you very much you saved the day on the opening day of our new store!! :) Sarah Baby Boutique”

“Ordered on Monday, paid for next day delivery, order didn't arrive. I phoned on Thursday to enquire and was told that they had tried to deliver on Wednesday but there was no one here to take delivery - I pointed out that this was definitely untrue as we are a business with the front doors wide open from 9am to 11pm! I was told that they had absolute faith and were happy with their curriers and that no one was there to receive the delivery again! Goods finally arrived on Thursday. I asked for a refund of the next day delivery fee but had not heard anything regarding this.”
