very expensive. small key it’s cost 21.48 pounds. i can’t believe that. delivery cost expensive as well

Hi Khedeja, Unfortunately, we have to pass on the costs from the manufacturer's set and i'm certain no one else sells these keys any cheaper than ourselves. Apologies you feel its expensive but our costs are clearly laid out online

Delivery was quick, key in general was expensive and not the original casio key only went with this company as thought would be original, only find out there selling on ebay for cheaper and u get the same key, so overall fast delivery service but price is way high so I know I next time but live and learn and burn the money.

hi Darryl, your review is linked to a Sharp key and not a Casio key - so not sure if you have placed multiple orders. On the Sharp order (invoice 150232) I can confirm this is an official key by Sharp and not a copy, which you will find on eBay from other sellers. Prices for discontinued items are driven by the manufacturer, which like all parts are very expensive in relation to the original price of the item. I dont believe we list the Sharp keys on eBay - only our own website, so possibly you aren't comparing the same item or seller.

Ordered a register on Wednesday was told it was being delivered the next day dpd sent a message saying they tried to deliver on Thursday total lie my Buisness is open from 10 am till 11 pm didn’t deliver on the Friday now Saturday so will not get the register until Monday at the earliest really poor and not good enough.

It was pretty easy buying the Sumup device, but we found it difficult to set up. The instructions you give are basic and say nothing about getting your Chairman to set up the account correctly. I am Treasurer of Bude Choral Society and the Sumup phone line is very unhelpful. We tried out the device at a concert end March spending about £23 which looked to have worked. However, getting the money into our BCS account seemed very difficult. Our Chairman eventually got through to a human (getting past the AI robot on the phone line is not at all easy), and explained that this payment had not been made to the named account - this was one consequence of not setting it up properly mainly due to the lack of instructions from Sumup. The Chairman sent in a list of trustees for the charity which included details of Date of Birth. When checked Saturday, this had not arrived and thus had not been confirmed. The 'back payment' for ~ £23 was promised on Saturday 7/6/25 and I hope to confirm receipt of that this weeks. The whole set up is difficult. I hereby mark you as 2 on 5 for these reasons.

Hi Choman, i've just checked the live chat conversation you had prior to you placing the order - you asked to check the scoop for the VEG scale however you then ordered the smaller SWEET scoop - No dimensions where requested for this size.

hi Vicki, according to the royal mail tracking the status is showing: Your item has been delivered to your nominated collection point on 16-10-2024 and it's now ready for you to collect. this was delivered there over 24 hours ago. Please refer to your tracking reference emailed to you on your dispatch email if required.

Great service in respect of delivery, it was next day. But that's where it stops. Our till is so noisy and making a loud buzzing noise, which they agreed isn't normal, even when the switch is in the off position but after speaking to CRG they refused to send a replacement and the only help they offered was for me to take it apart and have a look, which would void my warranty or for us to take it back to them (at our expense) rather than sending us a replacement. They are in Cheltenham, we are in South Wales a 5 hour round trip. We're not impressed to say the least and wouldn't use them again. Probably going to sell the till and buy one from someone who actually cares about their customers...

Hi Richard - i myself spoke to you on the phone and we did offer to have it looked at via warranty repair for you - but you were unable to send the machine back to us as you were opening your venue - so we also offered for the machine to come back via another means of transportation. We do not have engineers that go on site visits and i am sorry but we do not send replacements when the machine is covered by manufacturers warranty. Apologies that you had a bad experience we do aim to have a high standard of customer care.

Ordered on Monday, paid for next day delivery, order didn't arrive. I phoned on Thursday to enquire and was told that they had tried to deliver on Wednesday but there was no one here to take delivery - I pointed out that this was definitely untrue as we are a business with the front doors wide open from 9am to 11pm! I was told that they had absolute faith and were happy with their curriers and that no one was there to receive the delivery again! Goods finally arrived on Thursday. I asked for a refund of the next day delivery fee but had not heard anything regarding this.

hi Simon, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. unfortunately, we had already dispatched your item with Royal Mail before they kindly announced they were up to a week behind. we have since stopped sending with them - as well as getting a huge price increase off them. once again sorry we let you down on this one
