“good price for cartridges. quick delivery.i had a call from customer service as a long standing customer as i ordered epsom cartridges instead of the cheaper brand ones they do.one of the managers taslked to me about thde problem and gave me a guarantee for the alterative ones i had problems with. i have the alternative ones and not the epsom brand and this time no problems. the customer services department is exemplary. will use cheaper cartridges always in future.”

“I have used cartridgeshop for a number of years without any problems. I recently had some difficulty with a replacement cartridge but the prompt technical assistance I received from Simon H quickly and efficiently resolved the problem. ,”
