“Had a problem ordering on the website, so ring the Cartridge Shop and spoke to a nice young lady, who was able to take my order over the phone and cancel the part order online. Will order again, as I was able to add my printer to my account and the print cartridges I use (black and colour) are all listed, saying me having to look for the cartridge I need. Ordered in the morning and delivery was next day.”

“I have used Cartridge Shop on several occasions. Their prices are very competitive I would be happy to use them again When I had a problem with an order that was not received their customer service was exceptional. They reissued the order to me and it was received successfully”

“Cartridge arrived quickly however, before it did, I had pushy phone calls and emails from the company asking me to choose their own brand over what I'd ordered, before they posted my order out. I won't be ordering from them again unfortunately.”
