“A Picture Perfect Colour cartridge didn't work when I fitted it. Printed in grey only. First time this has happened. Contacted them and they suggested a couple of things to try. When that didn't work they supplied a replacement free of charge. Lucinda was very helpful.”

“I bought these cartridges previously and was very pleased with their faultless performance and long life I don't print a lot but they never dried out when not in use for a long time. A cyan cartridge finally ran out so I ordered a new set and put my last one in. Unfortunately I was unable to get the printer to function again ( no fault of the cartridge ) and as the printer is years and years old I've decided to ask Santa for a new one. I phoned the company to cancel my order and spoke to Lucinda M, what a lovely lady she was so helpful suggesting several things I could try but to no avail I'm 74 and technology doesn't come easy she was very patient and cheerful but to no avail she is an asset to your company I haven't met such nice person on the phone in ages. Rest assured I shall buy from you when I get my next printer.”
