You do take a risk with compatible cartridges and mine for a Brother magenta was rejected. I emailled and Lucinda replied promptly, asked 2 or 3 relevant questions and a replacement cartridge is now on its way. Very quick and easy. So 5 stars for the rapid and helpful response but 4 stars overall because the cartridge failed.
