“I have been using the compatible cartridges for years and never had a problem. Great colours and quick drying time with no compatibility problems. If you ever have to contact customer service,they are excellent. To sum up, Great products, great prices and unbeatable customer service.”

“I have bought from the online Cartridge Shop for some years and have always received good service. My usual purchase has been for the 'original' HP364 Black + 4 colours. I have, however, on my recent purchase opted for the 'compatible' HP 364XL Black and Colour Ink Cartridge 10 Pack - 4 x Black, 2 x C/M/Y. I haven't had the need yet to use these cartridges on my printer. The price was right and the service as expected.”

“As always prompt processing, postIng and delivery - even allowing for postal strikes! The compatible cartridges produce excellent results with a longer print life and so much cheaper than the HP originals. Also no issues with installalation error messages. Highly regarded seller.”

“Product and delivery reliable. A slight oddity in that when the cartridge is empty my printer, rather than saying empty, says it cannot recognise the cartridge, but once I had realised this was what happens it was no problem. Much cheaper than the Epson ink.”
