“Excellent service. Very good price. Would have given 5 stars but had a few cartridges that didn't work - on these occasions replaced with another spare cartridge and no problem so not my printer at fault. Did mention this but my comment was ignored! That said, I have used the Cartridge Shop for many years and I have remained loyal.”

Good morning Nigel Thank you for your review. Please accept my apologies for your order taking longer to reach you than anticipated. I can see your order was placed during the period of time when there was a lot of industrial action by Royal Mail, this had a knock on effect with all couriers across the board. We were not offering a guaranteed next day service during this time, as DPD advised that deliveries were taking between 48 and 72 hours. However, their service was more reliable than Royal Mail during this time because of the backlogs caused due to the strikes. Kind Regards Marianne
