“Good web site, easy to order. No problems experienced although compatible cartridges seem prone to leak on installation more than original manufacturer cartridges.”

“I have stayed with my printer inks orders with Cartridge Shop as their prices have been stable they deliver immediately and for me personally I trust their support and quality. The delivery company was not the usual one and they carted it around for two days. My inks were delivered after I reported this to Cartridge Shop.”

“Customer service is a strong point with problems handled effectively and positively. Product quality is good but a little more expensive than some competitors, I am currently experimenting to see if cheaper really does mean better, though I suspect it isn't.”
