“Ordered plotter ink thinking I had a couple of days left on existing cartridge. Ink ran out the same afternoon. Called Cartridge Shop to amend order to a next day delivery. No problem and NO CHARGE! Thanks Si Bennett for all your help.”

“Had a problem with one cartridge but Melanie in Customer Services was on the ball and sent me a replacement in double quick time. I like the double-use packing envelopes they use too; just had to stick on a pre-paid returns label to send back the faulty one. Thank you!”
