“After years of using Cartridge Shop units and needed to use one of the two from them in my HP Envy 5530. These were bought Nov. 2021, and both refused to work, even after cleaning the copper contacts as described in accompanying leaflet. I made contact with Cartridge Shop via website and received a quick reply from Shaun who explained there was a two year gaurantee and said that a refund or replacement was my choice. Really pleased and opted for replacement. Nice to do business with a friendly company for a change.”
