“I purchased Ink for my HP printer. 1 out of 4 cartridges is compatible, the chip is incorrect on the other 3. I called customer services and was told it could be a firmware issue with the printer and I would receive a callback. No callback was received, so have now gone direct to HP and will from now on. Dissapointing.”
