“A first class service is given by Cartridge Shop, with prompt information as to the status of an order, by email. Excellent delivery timings are given too. There is an excellent choice of cartridges, but one thing I am wary of is taking a cheaper version of the cartridges I actually need. I am lucky as my printer accepts the cheaper product, but I believe that there are some printers on the market that will only work with the genuine cartridge replacement. It is, however, a considerable saving against the genuine cartridge. Cartridge Shop also email you when they have special offers on specifically relating to your printer, presuming that you have registered your printer on their system, which is a truly excellent idea.”

Good afternoon, Thank you for your review. The majority of our compatible cartridges are purchased from China, as a result of the Corona Virus in Europe, the collection of empty cartridges, the main component used in manufacturing, has been severely impacted but is now levelling off. The cost of empty cartridges in China have therefore increased. In addition to the above, we have received a 5% increase in postal costs in recent times. If you take these price increases and currency fluctuations into account, you will see that we have not passed all of them on to our customers but this does mean that any further discounts will be limited. I hope that the above explanation will satisfy you, and you are reassured that we are trying to maintain the best prices and quality for our customers.
