“Whilst I have no complaints about your quality of service, the price of ink cartridges are SCANDALOUS!! It must be the most expensive liquid in the world at the moment!!”

Royal Mail are usually very good when we use the tracked 24 hour service, however, this does sometimes become 48 hours if they have a heavy traffic flow. Please accept my apologies on their behalf. “The first premium cartridge - magenta - stained my hands as I was removing the packaging. The second cartridge - cyan - even worse - leaked drops onto my beige carpet as I was removing the packaging with resultant very bad staining indeed. Needless to say I am very very disappointed with this product.”
