“Brilliant service. My sincere thanks to Hannah and Julie who solved my printer problem. I had to change my computer with the new one having Windows 11 installed at which point my printer no longer worked. After much research on the internet all to no avail I asked for help from Cartridge Shop. These two ladies identified the problem and gave me the information I needed and now all is well.”
