“Clicking at the checkout was very misleading. There was an option to click for a compatible product in a more prominent position than the genuine which meant I ordered the inferior product. I always purchase genuine so I’m unhappy with the compatible product because of the misleading checkout. I doubt if I will purchase from Cartridge Shop in future unless the misleading checkout system is changed.”

“My Cartridges arrived on time and undamaged. They are easy to fit, and in my opinion jut as good as original HP Cartridges but at a decent price. Thank You.”
