“I normally telephone to place my order I always find the staff very helpful and friendly. I purchased some inks and before I had chance to use them my printer packed up no problem I packed them up and returned them to Cartridge Shop and I received a refund So I am a very satisfied customer.”

“David was very professional and accommodating when I wanted to order my Hp print cartridges and the code I was using was out of date. Prefer to use this company as the cartridges last longer than competitors.”

“Thank you to Chris I had a problem with a order and delivery Royal Mail. I went with the cheapest delivery service as there was no rush for me to recieve still sent out quick but I was deliverd a empty parcel by royal mail with a note saying sorry for for the damage to the parcel with a phone number to ring royal mail. I rang cartridge people and the phone was answerd by Chis he was very pleasnt to me from the off once he understoud my issue he sorted out straight away by sending me a replacement parcel and next day delivery with DPD and at no cost to me and also they reimburst my origanal postage fee. This is something they undertook and it was through no fault on thier part it was royal mail who had damaged, lost the contents. First time I have used this company but not the last. Thankyou again to Chris for the speed that they resolved this issue Regards John”

“I received my order within 20 hours of placing it which was really exceptional. One of the ink cartridges was faulty so I got in touch immediately, and Shaun who handled my complaint sent me clear instructions via e-mail on how to resolve the problem. As it turned out it was found that the cartridge was faulty and Shaun replaced the faulty cartridge by return of post. Top marks top man.”
