“Most cartidges are OK and the price is competitive but some cartridges are of poor quality. Some leak and smudge unless I clean my printer almost every time I encounter a problem and some, especially tri-colour ones don't print as many pages as they should do - sometimes only about 50 for an XL cartridge. At present I'm using another supplier to see if there is any difference.”

Good afternoon Mr Bateman Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am sorry you have seen a rise in the price of the cartridges you buy. Original products are being sold at close to cost - the original manufacturers are increasing their prices which means we have to pass this on. We are still trying to keep our prices as competitive as possible. “I have been a customer of Cartridge Shop for 3 or four years now and I can honestly say that I have never had a single problem or late delivery in all of that time. On every occasion, where I have placed an order in the morning the order arrived the following day. The only time I had a query was down to my error. This was dealt with immediately by David in a highly professional manner. I do not understand why more online trading companies cannot be as efficient as this company.”
