“I have used Cartridge shop for the majority of our ink purchases. We are not heavy users, but like to keep a set of cartridges in hand, so try to do so when there is an offer on. Both HP proprietary ink cartridges and recycled cartridges are available at good prices, and the service is prompt.”

“The compatible cartridges work fine on my HP printer. The only issue is that as they're not seen as HP by the printer, it doesn't monitor the amount of ink remaining correctly.”

“Excellent customer service. After years of buying OEM inks, I opted to try a set of off-brand cartridges. Sadly I was unlucky and the first was faulty; this was enough to persuade me to stick to originals so I contacted the CS team. Immediate refund for the faulty cartridge and no-quibble return on the others with credit applied (at my request rather than a refund) so I could purchase OEM cartidges.”
