“I was a big dissatisfied when ordering two full sets of replacement cartridges and the GY one was missing. When I queried this I was told that it is little used so not included. So not a full set then!!! I will go back to my previous supplier ax this wasn’t made clear when ordering and the GY was the one I required.”

Good morning Paul. Thank you for your review. I'm afraid my colleague was indeed correct, there are different combinations of cartridges available for your Canon Pixma MG6350, each designed to meet different customer's printing needs. The multipack you ordered doesn't contain the Grey cartridge but there are other combinations that do or it can be ordered individually, the link below shows all of the options available. https://www.cartridgeshop.co.uk/Ink/Canon/Pixma/Pixma-MG-6350-Ink-Cartridges I hope this helps to explain why you may have selected the wrong multipack in this instance. “Speedy service and on the one occasion I have called, the gentleman on the other end of the phone could not have been more helpful. Sometimes not easy to find the correct ink straight away but that could be down to the printer manufacturers misleading numbering of their printers.”
