“I bought compatible cartridges for our office printer Ricoh Aficio. All the colours worked fine but the yellow one showed “deplated” shortly after using it. I ordered another one and it did the same. The cartridge is full inside but the printer shows deplated and my printer stopped printing. I contacted the customer service and they just wasted my time by asking printouts as evidence which was impossible as my printer is not printing. Just a waste of time and money! Never again. I will only buy original cartridges. Stay away from compatible options.”

“service always prompt without paying for special delivery. Products work with plenty of ink and last well. Only ever had one failure.”
