Two compatible cartridges for my Brother printer ordered came on time. I gave only 3 stars because the package came half opened. You just never know what happened on the way. With regards to the quality of the print, it seems ok, but I will see how long one cartridge lasts and make a note in the calendar.

Ordered HP ink, didn’t pay for express delivery just the standard delivery and they arrived the next day. Sadly the ink has not lasted as long as it says, only managed 40 pages, copying handwritten pages so no colour or pictures. Cartridge People are looking into this for us.

Good range of products and very competitive prices, but every order spoiled by unsolicited phone calls trying to persuade me to switch from manufacturer’s brands to their own brand. I’ve ordered what I’ve ordered for a reason - please respect my choice!!

This is then passed onto the customer while trying to stay as competitive on price as possible. The prices of our cartridges can fluctuate both up and down. I do hope this helps. When purchasing genuine ink it is fine but I have used own brand ink and now printer will not print in colour and will now not recognise genuine ink.

Cartridge people were let down by their carriers, after waiting over a week I returned from shopping to find they had been and taken it back as nobody was in, I had no warning it was coming, being unable to contact them online I phoned them up after over an hour they eventually told it would be delivered the following day but it never arrived on the phone again the girl informed me I had given the wrong postcode I repeated the code and she said that was wrong, no I said I know my postcode she insisted it was wrong anyway after taking my address she said it would be delivered the following day but it wasn't, eventually I contacted cartridge people and to give them their due they acted promptly and it was delivered the following day. but my experience with DHL deliveries will make me think twice about using them again

Recieved my order of isopropyl alcohol and it looked good until I opened the plastic wrap from the bottle to find that the contents had leaked between the bottle and wrap and all of the printing had become a sticky mess. You couldn’t tell this had happened until I took off the wrapping. As a result only half of the contents remained in the bottle.

I ordered HP CARTRIDGES but then received the call to change to their own brand bigger cartridge at extra £7. I agreed but sadly the printing is very sketchy on my printer!!! Did I make the right decision?? I’ll buy HP in future as I always have. Expensive error 😟

Prices for original manufacturer cartridges very good. Not pleased that on checkout box appears asking for contact phone number to be used only if there is an issue with order. I was subsequently contacted to say my order was being prepped and why had I not considered their own brand cartridges. That info was NOT for sales and marketing. Otherwise a genuine product at a great price.

I recently bought your own Epson Starfish x 4XL. Compared to the Epson own brand they are poor; the fit is poor. When they did fit the leaking of ink was considerable, making it dounbtful that there is any saving of the quantity of ink available for use. I have no problem with the supply of Epson own inks from your company.

I have given a 3 rating because at this moment in time I have not put their cartridges into my HP printer and at the end of the day that is what is most important. However I was very impressed with their customer service, feedback on my order and next day delivery, but this will count for nothing if the cartridges prove to be problematic. I am not expecting problems, just I cannot confirm they work

I believed Cartridge Poeple refills were rated to contain more ink than standard replacements and would consequently last longer, however, this has not been the case with my latest purchases which was disappointing.

I ordered some ink cartridges after hearing an ad on the radio. They were slightly cheaper than what I usually pay. However I was disappointed as their ad says 50% less than others
