I recently purchased a Canon laser printer. I did not order any ink because I do very little printing. I received a phone call from Cartridge People suggesting that I would be needing spare cartridges because the initial cartridge won't last very long. I ordered and paid for one black cartridge, price £33.16. I have recently been told by a qualified person that the initial cartridges will last a very long time! As an elderly person, I don't think I shall live long enough to use the mis-sold black cartridge.

Placed order and next day received email to say package is out for delivery, then received another email saying package has been sent back to cartridge people please await details of a new delivery. 11 days later nothing so I phoned them to be told they had not been informed of the return, the very helpful lady told me they would have it re delivered the next day which it was

Good choice of cartridges delivered at a good price, but didn't like the 'hard sell' to change to own brand alternative product after I'd ordered.

I ordered brand name cartridges online, I was contacted by a member of staff and persuaded to purchase cartridge people ones instead. I was assured they would fit my printer. They didn’t. Lindsay answered my email swiftly and politely. Lindsay attempted to rectify the problem but to no avail. My printer didn’t like the cartridges sent. A full refund was offered and accepted. Awaiting the refund to my payment account. The service was good, even if my printer didn’t accept the cartridges sent.

Your prices are good and very speedy delivery. I liked the recyclable packaging. What I really did not like was the phone call I got from you after placing my order. Ther was a really pushy woman trying to make me change my order and spend more money. She wouldn't take no for an answer and I had to hang up on her. I won't be buying from you again because of this.

Bought Canon ink cartridges online. The price is good with free delivery, however the amount of nuisance calls once ordered is very irritating to say the least. It may well put me off from ordering in the future.

Had what I needed in stock at a reasonable price. However the delivery was delayed due to you ringing me to tell me you had a "deal" you wanted to tell me about!! Sounded like up selling to me hence why I ignored it. Not had this from you previously that's why I returned to you for my next purchase. If I order again please just send what I ask for.

I have used you often and had no problems buying on line. but this last time my password wasn't accepted and so I ordered by phone instead and had next day delivery - superb. Just a hiccup I hope as I shall certainly continue to use your service.

Very disappointed with delivery sevice. I ordered these cartridges on Monday 28th July and they did not arrive at my address until Sunday 3rd August. I shall look at puchasing locally next time although It will probably cost me more.

Great ink and paper and quick delivery but when I try to get tyre ink for my printer you phone me each time for me to get your brand which is more. I don't need you to change my mind each time.

Cartridge People were quick at despatching . However their courier EVRI were extremely poor. They photographed the package whilst holding it and standing on the roadside and then just chucked it over the gate ( which wasn't locked and was perfectly accessible), leaving it 10 yards from the house and completely at risk of rain or being taken by a passer by

Product and ordering service good. However, dps didn't deliver but left it with a random post office without notiying me. Cartidge People didn't notify me either. I was not warned that this could happen, I had to ask where my order was. I am not a happy bunny!

Yeah you guys are fine but I’m still waiting for the delivery via “Evri” …… I think it’s about 2 weeks but may 3 ….. I’ve only chased you up once so maybe I should be more proactive ….. what do the Cartridge People think ?

The service is good. But the Black cartrige I replaced faild before |I expected it to and its teplacement only printed around 20 sheets, either the cartriges were under filled or they were faulty. After many years I am suptised to have two poor cartriges.

Previously bought your own brand cartridges for my Epson printer after being persuaded by a follow up phone call . Unfortunately they only worked intermittently and then not at all . My new order for genuine epson cartridges are working fine even though persuasion was still tried on the phone to get me to change to your replacement cartridges .

I ordered Epsom cartridges, as I don't like using third party inks in my printer (I have destroyed printers in the past by using these!) I received a phone call from Cartridge People offering me cartridges containing more ink for the same price as the ones I had ordered, I accepted this offer as I was assured they still contained Epsom ink, However having received these cartridges, I have examined them thoroughly and can not see any wording that describes them containing Epsom ink. Not a happy customer!!
