I have searched our ordering system and can only find one order from you, which is the latest order of £46, I think you possibly ordered from elsewhere the previous time and this is why there is a difference in price. Efficient order and delivery but disappointed that they didn’t allow me to swap mistakenly ordered unused cartridges for the right ones

Good Morning, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately we are only able to accept back unopened cartridges for a refund or a credit, we are unable to exchange items or take back opened products due to not being able to resell them on. I do apologise about this. Kind Regards Louise

Package via DPD arrived soaking wet and split open. Paper ordered was damp and packets ripped. Have salvaged some and agreed partial refund from CP. Little surprised CP didn't replace in full immediately. To be fair were very responsive. Cause of problem DPD not CP

The cartridge and ink are fine but dissapointed that I did not get the next day delivery i paid for, got it on day 3.

The delivery man left the package in the wrong dustbin. When I spoke to your Call Centre (Simon?) he was excellent.

My wife ordered some black toner for our HP Laser Jet Pro 200 Color M251n and we were delighted with the service. So much so that I want to order a set of three different colours as well. But the website has made this impossible. My wife used my email address to order the black toner, but paid for it with her own credit card and can't remember if she used a password,(or what it might have been), so now when I try to order a second lot of toner, the website says that the address already belongs to someone else ! It won't allow me to order and check out ! Not very helpful. Mr Watson

The HP style cartridges I bought from you were detected by my printed as not being genuine HP cartridges. As a result my printer didn't work. I have wasted my money.

IU have had a Cartridge People pen for years that is perfect. Sadly the new repl;acements are scratchy and no pleasure to use.

I ordered a cable for my printer, it took over 7 days to arrive. Tracking it appeared to held up in depot in Warrington for several days, I paid P& P so expected it to arrive with quickly because it came by Royal with my postman. Why did not go straight from store by post, seems too much reliant on delivery companies when direct postage from the store.

I have been a customer of Cartridge People for some years, almost entirely happily using refilled cartridges on printers that I owned at the time. However, I recently bought a Canon TS3355 printer and bought refilled black 245 and refilled colour 246. I had difficulty loading the cartridges as they seemed a poor fit. Then my computer said that the cartridges needed replacing. I then bought a Canon colour XL256 which loaded int the printer with ease and printed perfectly. I sent you an email at the time on Feb. 5th. at about 1.30 pm. I have not had a reply. I would like to hear from Cartridge People re a replacement. I am looking to buy a Canon 245 black. I hope that I would not be charged in compensation for my outlay on 2 unusable cartridges. I will return those items to you. Regards, Nick Godwin.

Not sure how to rate the inks you provided as they arrived on time but they are back ups for when my current cartridges run out. Difficult to review them until I've used them. I don't anticipate any problems but would be happy to "re-review" in a few months time once I've had a chance to use them. :)

Very disapointed this time, I ordered two Black Cartridges and received one colour and one black, the black cartridge this time doesent seem to be has good compared to the previous ones

The compatible cartridges do NOT work with HP printers and are total waste of money . But the price of original cartridges are good and at a fair price.

The 3/5 rating, is solely because, I initially ordered, 2 "Black" Cartridges of your OWN make, and I was sent 1 Black & 1 Colour (Malasia) for £70, I contacted you about this, but, I decided to keep them, because it was too much trouble to send them back. I have NOW purchased 4 Black Cartridges, of your own make & High Capacity. I was very disappointed at first, but, in the end it came out okay. Well, nearly okay. GC

Most toners have been ok in general however have had a faulty one occasionally. Toner prices are not the best value for money so now shop elsewhere were I get Significantly better value for money.
