“I ordered some cartridges which, unfortunately, did not arrive at my address, although they were shown as delivered. I spoke with Vicky at Cartridge People and she tracked down where they were supposedly delivered to (not my address). However, when I enquired of the delivery address they had not been delivered there either. I informed Vicky of this and she arranged for a replacement delivery with a different courier, and the parcel was delivered the following day. The customer service was excellent. Vicky kept me informed throughout. The price that I have paid for the cartridges is also excellent.”

“a good product once installed, but so finicky to get seated exactly in place, really does try the patience. spent half a day putting in and taking out, continually getting the 'one or more of these cartridges is missing or not clicked in properly' message, not telling you which one of the five cartridges it is, such a faff!!!!. is this just on HP printers or all of them?”

“Chris in customer services was absolutely helpful in sorting out a problem caused by damaged packaging ,resulting in one missing item. I am awaiting delivery of the replacement item ,but once again, he could not have been more helpful .”

“Great printer, good price, very quick delivery. Such a relief to have wireless printing AND auto duplex functions - so much quicker and less hassle. Not tried scan and copying functions yet but very pleased with quality of prints. I print education resources for primary school students so there are some graphics as well as text and these have printed off very nicely, certainly sufficient clarity for my purposes. Very pleased with this printer and the service.”
