“Sam was very helpful when i phoned to say my delivery had not arrived due to it being damaged whist still in transit. I promptly was sent a replacement - excellent service”

“Great Customer Service and support from SAM. I had paid for next day delivery by DPD but they couldn’t deliver. I spoke to Sam who investigated and kept me informed . He then refunded the amount to avoid any further inconvenience to myself. Thank you SAM you are a credit to Cartridge People.”

“I have been a customer of Cartridg People for over fifteen year nd I have never been disappointed with the products and/or service. I can only remember a couple of times when I have not been happy with a product and both times everything was sorted - quickly! The fact that their service is reliable has made me start using them for their growing range of office products. Whilst I will never be their largest client now being retired, I still receive the same level of service. Even more importantly now, I still find their prices to be very reasonble.”

“I recently purchased two cartridges but unfortunately ordered the wrong codes. When I rang to get help I was put through to a very helpful gentleman who told me exactly how I should return the wrong cartridges. These were returned on Monday of this week and on Wednesday I had an email to say my account had been credited. Thank you for such good and quick service.”

“When the courier told me in error that my cartridges were delivered, I spoke to Sam in Customer Services. He was very friendly and professional. He confirmed the courier was not correct and arranged for the parcel to be delivered swiftly.”

“Following my call to Wiki in customer services at Cartride People regarding my parcel from Evri being delivered somewhere other than to my address, Wiki went out of her way to be most helpful and reassuring that she would sort out the problem. She found the location of my parcel, sent me a photo and told me exactly where to look within 5 minutes. Absolutely brilliant service. Such a pleasant experience to deal with someone who speaks clearly, wants to help and acts in such a professional manner. Wiki is a credit to the company. I will be definitely be buying from this company again. Customer after sales service is extremely important. Thank you Wiki.”

“Wasn't expecting the level of support I got from Hannah when I had recent printing problems. As a 73 year old basically IT-useless person, I had been used to relying on others to fix any problems. Now retired this help is no longer at hand. Whilst not yet totally resolved, Hannah was went through all the possible options with me, replied to all my queries and gave me links to helpful solutions, which in fact are not a printing but an IT difficulty. Thanks Hannah.”

“There was a long delay between placing my order and receiving it. - I was in contact with several Cartridge People staff during this time: Alison & Simon & Wiktoria - all of whom did their very best to help. Despite the frustration of a long wait for my parcel: NOT the fault of CP, but the carriers used, it eventually arrived. I am very grateful to all those who helped and who were very patient with my endless communications! Thank you.”
