“My delivery from Cartridge People went missing - talking with Evri, didn’t really get me anywhere. I then I contacted Cartridge People directly and CHRIS from their Customer Support Dept. found the parcel within 10 minutes and phoned to tell me where it had been hidden!!! Great service, much appreciated. Thanks Chris”

“Contacted Lucy at Cartridge People (CP) after non-delivery of an order. Courier picture was not my door, and no neighbours had package. Lucy was brilliant in following this up and, within 24 hours of contacting CP, Lucy had arranged for a replacement set of cartridges to be sent out which arrived the next day. Great service, and cartridges work beautifully in my printer.”

“Had great service from The Cartridge People when we bought a Brother Laser printer and TCP Compatible cartridges. Order was received quickly. We then had an issue when we came to replace the black toner for the first time. Poor print quality. But a quick on-line chat with Simon Heath and following his instructions we were back up and running with perfect prints again. A good supplier delivers, a really good supplier delivers, helps and continues to help. TCP are a really good supplier.”

“I made an 'emergency' order of cartridges, having researched across the internet and found Cartridge People to be the most cost effective. However, one of the three items that were ordered didn't arrive. I queried this and explained everything to CHRIS and after asking some further questions agreed that it must have been a "short pick" by the warehouse team and arranged for the missing item to be sent out immediately.”

“I had a query regarding my order. It appeared only one part had been delivered. I contacted Chris in customer services who was able to confirm that order had been despatched from 2 separate warehouses and was then able to get a some specific tracking information emailed to me within a very short time and I was able immediately to locate the apparent missing part. Great service - fast and efficient, personal and friendly. Great all round!”
