“Unfortunately as is normal for my experience with Evri despite the speedy arrival of my inks the delivery was not properly executed, and was certainly not (as claimed by Evri) safe as the packet was once again left dandling from the outside letterbox flap on my door, in full view of the street, and no knock or doorbell ring. Situation retrieved partially however by apologetic phone call from Chris in response to my latest complaint, advising that he would raise matter with Evri and offering an account credit. Here's hoping that the next order will actually be delivered properly. This review posted as requested by email by Chris.”

“This company is brilliant! Very prompt service. Contacted me immediately to check the cartridges I ordered were compatible with my printer....they weren't so I was saved the hassle of having to return. And I love the pens they include with each order”

“What a super company you are! I have had a credit outstanding on my account for - it must be several years now and that was only because you so gracioiusly insisted on changing things which were not suitable for my (then) printer. I have now cleared that credit with enough copy paper to help out friends in need. I am just sorry that I no longer have a printer which needs cartridges and since I have retired from my varied secretarial duties, am not using so much paper. I don't like the parting of the ways but things change. I wish you every success in the future. You deserve it!”
