“The printer drum is delivering really poor performance. I've had CartidgePeople branded toner and drums before for the Samnsung printer and have been impressed with them, but this drum has only slightly improved the quality of the printout since swapping it in. Printout reamins faint, and patch - maybe they have rediced quality, but would not purchase this drum again.”

“Always very helpful. Good quality products. Own ink very good. The fact that one printer refuses to accept own ink, is not fault of Cartridge people. My main computer accepts oen ink so that's good. Prompt delivery as well. Would never go anywhere else for inks”

“Good chat . Informative. (eg explained XL ink is same size, just not so concentraed!.) Helpful, congenial manner, even though not willing to take back incorect cartridge i ordered, bc I had to open packet to view it! Nice gift of pen!”

“Cartridge People has a comprehensive selection of colour and black ink cartridges both for previous printer models and the latest too. Their prices are comparable and competitive and of course they have a good selection of unbranded cartridges as well. Clearly laid out website eases quick selection and payment. Goods were well packaged and arrived in a timely manner.”
