“I've been using cartrige people for some time and their cartridges are great. However you also have to judge a company on its customer service. I accidently bought two orders last night. I emailed them ( Sunday night) and today, Monday, I've a refund. I can't praise them enough .”

“Ordered black and colour cartridges for my Canon printer online and recieved a phone call soon after saying they would do me the Canon compatible XL versions for an extra six quid. Bit of a no brainer really with the amount of printing I had to do. Cartridges work brilliant and so grateful for the advice, guidance and service.”

“Your courier Evri gave poor service, despite several emails from them saying when the order was to arrive, these didn’t happen and then Evri stopped sending emails and the delivery happened eventually without any notification. The parcel was damaged, the free pen broken. You need to find a different courier as it has put me off ordering again through yourselves. It took 6 days to deliver.”
