“We ordered some inks that were 'compatible' with our printer, but unfortunately it didn't print properly, and one of them leaked in the box. Aden was super efficient and polite at refunding the ink, and helped me send back the unopened one and checked for me when it took a long time to arrive back. The whole process was smooth and hassle free. I would certainly use them again.”

“New colour ink cartridge did not seem to be reproducing the correct colours. I raised this issue and Lindsay was very prompt in giving advice and then agreeing to send out a new cartridge.”
