“I foolishly gave the wrong printer number for my ink cartridges and didn't know until they were delivered. However they were more than willing to give me a refund once the cartridges were returned in good order. Refund was quick and without fuss.”

“I have used the Cartridge People for a number of years now and they are always competitive on price and extremely efficient at dispatching my orders. On the one occasion that my order went missing with the courier, Caroline in their customer services department sorted everything out for me and had my order re-dispatched the same day. Excellent service. Thank you.”

“The black aftermarket/refill cartridges work perfectly with no problem in my Canon, however the colour ones won’t run at all - the printer on screen message at first said it was not installed properly so I put the of one back which was fine, then put the generic one in and it just states that it’s “incompatible”. Put the only one back in and again it was fine. Just does not like the refill/aftermarket jobs. On examination, it looks like the Cartridge People refill has been fitted with the wrong print head chip.”
