Ordered online genuine HP cartridges. Had a call immediately after trying to upswell to larger cartridges. Never mentioned they were own branded ones that don’t work in a HP printer ….. when I received them I called to complain and was told the sales person informed me they were own brand. I asked for the transcript which confirmed I was not told ‘own brand’ yet the complaints department tried to say I was. Do not take a upscale call they are not truthful

Dear Janene, Thank you for the feedback. The call was offered to you to clarify that the agent did state twice you would be receiving our own brand cartridges. Further information has been provided to yourself quoting the times in the call that own brand was mentioned for your reference. I was told that my order would be delivered between 16.11 and 17.11 but nothing appeared until an email saying the driver missed me and I was to collect the parcel from a post office in Cambridge City where there is a dire problem with parking. I also needed a QR code that was difficult to print. The afternoon delivery was expected my daughter and I took my wife to a GP appointment and returned at least 30 minutes before the delivery was due. I am well over 80 years and could do without such non senesible hasle. It was my first order and will be my last if items can be obtained elsewhere.

My hp2721 printer would not accept cartridge. To make sure it's not a fault on my printer, I am now waiting for delivery of a cartridge from the manufacturer.

Originally ordered x2 HP toner cartridges of their website. Later that day a Cartridge people sales rep calls me up. Explains they do their own brand cartridge that fits in my HP smart printer. They would also throw in x500 sheets of A4 if I converted my order over to their own Cartridges. I stupidly opted in. Worse cartridge I’ve got- won’t work with my HP printer at all. Caused all kind of issues. Would have been ordering plenty more items from them but after this order I’d advice people to shop elsewhere save time and hassle.. Lewis

Sadly for the first time ever in a number of years, my recently ordered black XL replacement cartridge did not work. Will be sending back for an exchange.

I bought 4 original canon cartridges ie 2 x 2 packs. I could clearly see on your website that you are selling your own refill equivalents which have more ink in them. However I reclaim the money and I want originals. I put my order in an shortly after I get a telephone call from one of your guys who was offering me to have your refills rather than the canon branded. He was extremely pushy. It seemed like he was absolutely desperate for me to change my mind and must be targeted to do this by your company. I had to tell him 2 or 3 times that I didn’t want the refills. Tbh, I was very close to telling him where to go and on another day I would have. You need to change your practices. I won’t buy from you again.

The item looked genuine but I really don't appreciate being called by Simone trying to force me to change to own brand before shipping. Caller dialed repeatedly & kept on even when I said no also saying they would call back to finalise the change when I said I had not got time to argue. Will not use this company again due to this agressive sales dept.

I ordered Canon Ink for my printer online. I immediately received a telephone call asking me to change my order to your own brand. I agreed. Your own brand of ink did not work in my printer. I was without a printer for several days causing me a lot of problems, as I am a teacher and need to print work for my students. Very frustrated and disappointed. I should never have listened to your hard sales assistant on the telephone.

Purchased cartridges for hp printer. Put them in. Cartridge carriage jammed. Couldn't tell if they worked. After much trying i couldn't sort out carriage jam. I eventually had to throw printer out and get a new one. Canon TS 3300.

I placed my order on the 2nd sept expecting it to arrive on the Tuesday, had a call from one of your employees on the Monday try to sell me an alternative, if I'd wanted a cheaper alternative I would have ordered in the beginning!! After I finally got it through to your employee that I didn't want it they said they would now set the order progress to be sent. So we've now wasted 3 days,it finally arrived Friday by post but I was not notified of this and didn't realise when I collected my post that the package had been put somewhere else! One very disappointed customer.

Recent purchase not yet to hand. Royal Mail deliveries are generally none functioning in this area. Other suppliers also drastically affected. Lucky to get one delivery a week.

Once you ordered these guys keep hassling you and have no direct unsubscribe on their email so you have to send them an email and no doubt be inconvenuenced further.

I bought black ink and it hardly printed anything before running out. The printer Is only used to print my daughters home work - all In black ink. I’m just shocked at how quickly this has run out!
