I ordered a new cartridge and, despite typing in my new address, it was sent to my old address so I never received it. Waste of money.

You can opt down/reduce the amount of emails you receive in your account - you can do this by logging into your account and clicking on Manage Marketing Preferences. The ink didn't last and it only printed 50 pages

Dear Lesley, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you didn't think they lasted very long. Epson 604 colour inks contain only 2.4mls of ink and the black 3.4mls (less than a teaspoon). I would advise you to consider our Compatible Epson 604XL inks , the colours contain 10mls of ink and the black 13mls of ink. I have yet to receive my delivery and I am about to block the payment via my credit card. This is down to your company using the so called Royal Mail. They notified they were delivering on a date I was not home. I filled in thier delivery option for the package to be left at my local post office and which Royal Mail acknowledged by e mail. I went to my local post office and it was not there. I went on the Royal Mail website and arranged for a home delivery for today (1st Dec) and again Royal Mail acknowledged they would deliver today, but have not. This is getting ridiculous now so this weekend I will seek an alternative supplier and cancel the payment with my CC provider

I purchased several packs of their own brand ink for my Brother J4620 printer which were promised to work but I get regular error messages saying the cartridges are out of ink or not installed properly when they are full. I now have to throw out a whole load of unused cartridges and buy genuine Brother ones and in the meantime I have no printer. Fed up...

Customer service is non existent. Ordered wrong cartridge, managed to realise this before it was dispatched. Emailed customer service, told not to open the package when it arrives and they will give me further instructions on how to return. I did that , it’s been two weeks emailing them trying to obtain further instructions on how to return the package.

Good Morning, Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service you have received. I can see that your order was dispatched on the 16/11/23 at 10am, you emailed to ask us to cancel the order at 10pm that evening, we do have a very small window of when orders can be cancelled as we dispatch most of our items on the same day they are ordered. I can see that we emailed you our returns instructions to return the order back to us for a refund but haven't yet received these back to enable us to refund you. Kind Regards Louise

I'm very happy with their products but very UN-happy with the fact that I now get constant emails from this company. There is no unsubscribe button on their website so now I feel tricked. Good service, good product spoilt by their incessant emails which I cannot stop.

Called me after I placed an order for genuine Canon cartridge, trying to sell me their compatible product. I said I'd call back to let them know then received an email from Paypal saying they had charged me £5.99 without my permission. I then saw they have added a compatible cartridge to my order without my permission. I've emailed them 3x to get them to revert to my actual order and no response. Unfortunately they have now wasted my time trying to sort something which should never have been an issue, annoyed me and fraudulently charged me for a product I didn't order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Regret cartridges will not function on Brother printer. Tried cleaning heads, removing all cartridges, switching off and on - all to no avail. Put new Brother cartridge in and worked !!!! Not sure what us going on.

I had to send my order back because the cartridge did not work on my printer (H.P.) and the cartridge LEAKED SO ALL OF THE ORDER was sent back

I ordered the genuine cartridges for my printer ENVY 6020E, a lady phoned me and said if you pay a bit more you can purchase compatible cartridges with a lot more ink, I asked her if they defiantly will work with my printer and she said yes, cartridges arrived and I've tried everything to get my printer to work with these compatible cartridges, in the end I visited Curry's where I purchased the printer, the computer guru told me they won't work with my printer, so I had to purchase the genuine cartridges and it works fine, however I'm £48.00 down due to cartridges that are useless tome.

It's not actually Cartridge People that I am rating here, but their carrier of choice DPD. I paid extra for next day delivery, and on the day (Friday) was given a delivery slot of 13:29 to 14:29. I was working at the front of the house throughout this time, and my daughter was also in the house, so I was a little surprised to receive a text from DPD at 13:52 saying that no one was in the house, and the parcel would be available Saturday at the local collection locker. To add insult to injury, I had a text at 16:27 on Friday saying the parcel was in the locker and could be collected. Call me cynical, but I assume the driver was running late, and chose to bypass us (and perhaps others) to save time. All the more annoying as the parcel did not require signing for, and was small enough to post through the letterbox.

As soon as I hit the order button, someone from Cartridge called me. Do they disclose the purpose of calling for marketing reasons with your personal data as soon as you order with them? They pretend they call you for your benefit but in reality, they try to sell you something different than what you ordered pretending that you would get more value for less price. In reality, they try to sell you their stuff where their margin is so much bigger than third-party staff. I do not think this is compliant with data protection laws. Not happy with their service. Except that they were the cheapest on the market I did not like their attitude and how they do business.

Having dealt with the Company for some time I was extremely disappointed with the recent purchase process and more so, the aftersales service, or lack of it. The purchase on 30 October, value £44.99 did offer a discount, I believe 12%, however this wasn't applied at the checkout. Have to say this wasn't the first time an offer has been promoted but not given upon payment. A subsequent telephone call from Crewe at 1530 on this date offered to give the 12% discount if I doubled up on the original order. This was in my opinion completely unethical and unprofessional, the offer of giving the original discount should not in any way have been conditional upon placing an additional order. Was then passed to a '''Manager''' (I wonder) who after a further debate, offered to repay the original discount missed without any conditions and said the discount of I believe around £5.40 would be credited to me on the card of the original charge that was made on 31 October., within 4/5 working days. Now this time has lapsed and no sign of the promised credit - I imagine how you can understand the rating I have given in this survey. Regards, Tim Lunn
