“I had what I thought was an issue with some ink cartridges, Liam took the time out and responded to around 5 or 6 emails that day offering instructions and advice and eventually resolved the issue for me. Thank you”

“Great customer service from both Rachel and Simon H, experienced an issue with a purchase (only one since using cartridge people) and straight away they listened, acted promptly to resolve the issue by immediately sending a replacement which reached by the following day. Met and exceeded all expectations and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to use this company.”

“Arrived well ahead of time. installed and working. Posted empties in provided cover. Overall no complaints. Cost of product is always a contentious issue (only cold sore treatment is more expensive by the gram)”

“Stupidly managed to order the wrong ink for my printer. Cancelled next morning hoping to cancell before it was sent. Melanie called me, manged to contact stores and cancelled the order straight away. Then she talked me through my options for ink that was suitable for my printer and took my order there and then. Five stars for customer service and a special mention for the wonderful Melanie.”
