“The staff at Car Store were very welcoming and clearly well trained. There was no hard sell but they were on hand to answer queries. This was a big plus : I have had occasions in the past when buying a car was stressful because the dealer was trying to push me hard towards certain vehicles. The transaction was also completed efficiently and there was follow up 2 days later to check that all was going well. My only, admittedly minor, complaint was that the canned music in the store was distractingly loud and obtrusive. Overall a welcome change from other car dealers. Thank you.”

“I loved the atmosphere of the showroom and your relaxed way of allowing my family and I to wander around and really get a good look at the cars. I had my first visit to the CarStore after unfortunately finding out that my previous car was a write off. I was quite upset and unsure about how to afford a new car but, straight away upon entering your store I felt more settled. Daryl was the sales guy who dealt with me right from the front door and I can honestly say he was very friendly and genuine from the beginning. Given that this was my first time looking into finance plans for purchasing a car, I was quite clueless, but he never made me feel like any of my questions were ridiculous, and always had an answer to help reassure me. I do believe he is an asset to your team and helped make my experience at your store a very enjoyable one. “We were actually in the store to cancel our original car because of late delivery but were introduced to our rep Ross who was asked to see if he could help us perhaps find another car. He could sense our anger and disappointment but he immediately put us at ease. He was serious when necessary but kept the mood light and made it into a pleasant experience.
