“We came in to have a look and ended up trading our car in. This service was great, we were offered a good deal & was very easy. However, the handover of the car could of went better. We came to collect the car on the agreed day & time but when we arrived they did not know we were coming, the car was not taxed or mot. We then collected the car a few hours later, to find the front matts had been removed and ended up needing to phone several people to get them, as normally they are not part of the deal. I was disappointed, as I always purchase my cars from this store and always have a great experience.”
