“Salesman Saeed was excellent, really made an effort to find out our needs and help us find a new car and he deserves his 5 star rating but handover team was sadly not the same. No owner manual in the car on collection and no documentation/evidence regarding service history which we discovered on getting home as we had assumed they would be in the glovebox of the car. No answer on the phone to switchboard either so we had to drive back to the showroom to query the lack of paperwork. Fortunately, Saeed again came to our rescue finding us an owners manual and posting out evidence of service history. Couldn't fault Saeed at all.”

“Kept me informed of delays and just waiting to get a tyre checked and the mileage refund 👍 only thing is after sales team has not been in contact about the millage being over than they told me and to get the tyre checked.... and car got delivered at 8.40pm with tyre light on put air in to rectify and its been coming bk on every week so it was delivered with a slow puncture and also front tyre needed replacing too .....mileage was ment to be 21000 and it was over 24000 my paper work stated it was 23437 so they had done over 600 miles before they delivered it”
