Salesman was very good and noted a couple of issues with the car which were to be rectified before handover. Unfortunately one of the issues was not fixed at all, this was NOT the fault of the salesman, I assume, rather, that of the workshop staff. The issue has now been fixed after handover.”
“"I pointed out a dent on the front wing before buying, the salesman acknowledged it and said it would be sorted before handover, it wasn't. Okay fair enough maybe the bodyshop person wasn't available, but I've spoken to two people at the carstore since then and am no closer to getting it fixed. Overall I'm fairly happy with the condition of the car and how it drives, but it's not been a particularly great experience since buying. No fault of the sales guy (Sean?) he was fine to deal with, and when I left a less than positive feedback comment a manager called me and asked to change my scoring to a higher one for the salesmans sake, bit weird and disingenuous but I don't mind as he was decent."”
