“Good shape easily to clip in. Only critique would be printed instructions were a bit useless due to image or print quality but Soon worked it out without them”

“Brought some shades for a Seat Ateca and after managing to fit them I'm very pleased with the result. They look cool and smart and provide important shade for the kids in the back. The instructions were a bit finicky and could be better but once I figured it out all was good.”

“Car blinds arrived well packaged and on time - excellent service. The blinds fit very well and are perfectly matched to the car (Audi A3 saloon). My only suggestion is that it would be useful to have the blinds available to buy separately as currently only available as a full set or for the two rear door windows. I would possibly consider putting a blind in the rear window at some point in the future but this is not an option.”

“Great product, easy to fit and well made. Some of the smaller shades were such a good fit that they didn't even need clips to hold them in place. I have 1 happy toddler in the back not constantly dazzled now.”

“Bought car shades for an X1, to try and keep boot cooler for dogs. Seems to work well, fits extremely well and very easy to fit. Looks pretty good too. Also makes it harder to see in giving more privacy. Delivered quickly.”

“Quick delivery, fairly simple to fit once you work out which way round the clips go, could do with making the video or the pictures a bit clearer, but otherwise a great product.”

“This is the second set of car shades we have had, had them in our previous car. They are simple to fit and offer great sun protection for our two dogs. They also still offer shade with the windows wound down which other products don't. Would heartily recommend them”

“Very disappointed after what seemed to be such a positive start. Package shipped out quickly but an error with delivery address caused a problem that could have easily been avoided. I was assured the problem was rectified but a distinct Lack of communication and clarity from both seller and courier meant I never received the package so it’s unfair to comment on the contents. Refund was issued after 3 weeks and raising an issue via PayPal.”

“I am really happy with the shades and they fit perfectly in my VW polo. However, the customer service from this company is terrible. I tried calling on two separate occasions (told I was 1st and 2nd in the queue) but after holding for more than 30 minutes I hung up as there was no answer. I emailed my query instead and even though this was responded to within 24 hrs, there was no customer service element to the reply I received and the text was very dismissive of my issue. I wanted help as I realised after fitting the shades that the small rear triangle windows are letting in a lot of light and making my baby uncomfortable so I simply asked if I could pay the difference for the pack that included those two extra shades. I was told 'no' without any sign of understanding or alternative suggestions to help me. The only option was to send the blinds I already have back at my own expense and reorder again, which is just not economical on either side. I'm sure this issue must happen all the time as you assume it's the large windows that let in all the light. The fact that you can't buy the shades separately to suit your car and needs is just ridiculous and it now means my baby is still in the sun and very uncomfortable. As I mentioned I was more than happy to pay the extra to upgrade my set even though I didn't need the boot shade, just to get the two small triangle shades which would have completely solved my problem. Unfortunately, even though it is a good product, the customer service and after sales support is non existent and there was no compassion for the needs of myseld and of my baby.”

Hi Sarah We apologise that you haven't experienced the level of customer service that we expect and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. We do sympathise with your situation and your feedback is fair and valid, however, the reason that we don't sell windows individually is because of how they are manufactured in sets, i.e. we manufacture either Rear Door Sets, or Full Sets at any one time, we don't, unfortunately, manufacture singular windows on their own. We do however review this regularly and is feedback we have received in the past, therefore this may be something we introduce in the future although we do not have a timeframe on this. “Of course there are many cheaper options on Amazon but nothing of this quality. Tailor-made to exactly fit my car, the fit and finish are excellent. Opaque enough to effectively block the sun but transparent enough to see through. Good value considering the quality.”

“The shades are good quality. But if there was a zero star option I would have chose that for customer service. One of the clips that secures the shade in has fallen off due to the recent heat unsticking the pad. I have tried to call on 4 seperate occassions wiht no luck. I emailed and was told to call. Awful service. Currenlty on the phone in queue, 46 minutes and 34 seconds of being first in queue (and counting).”

“Bought shades for my Tiguan. Easy to fit in seconds. The colour print of how to fit was to dark to see the position of the clips clearly. but l worked it out.”
