“The shades are not a good fit, there are not enough clips, the shades fall off quite regularly. I have followed the instructions. Very poor product. I’d advise having the windows tinted instead of wasting money on the shades.”

“C5 Aircross. 5 star service in terms of ordering/delivery and communication. I think some of the photos were a little too small, low definition and poor lighting in the instructions. But they were just about adequate as I have fitted them! Specifically the orientation and description of which clips to be using. Love the product and the storage bag provided however. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting sun blinds!”

“I bought the full set for an A6 Avant, fitted them last weekend and am impressed so far. They took me a little longer to fit than I expected, mainly because initially I found it hard to work out which way round the clips needed to go as I couldn't tell from the pictures in the instructions. Once I worked it out they went in pretty easily and look smart. On our first trip out they certainly did a good job of cutting down the sunlight coming in so we're very happy with them.”

“These shades are great quality.what a difference to my car being able to cover all the back windows.i wish i'd bought these years ago.doesn't totally block the sun but stops the glare,making it bearable and keeps heat down.”

“Got there in the end, I ordered the wrong one's, I should have made sure what year my car was, Don't go off your reg year as models change, but not a problem, I simply returned them and another set was sent out, and they look great, 1 Happy Customer, kept informed all the way.”

“The shades are a perfect fit for my car windows. They are not as 'dark' as the images on the website made them appear. They do allow fresh air in without the 'gale' an open window would create during travel. Putting aside the degree to which they create the appearance of 'blackened' windows, they are good value for money. Delivery was excellent.”

“For a product that was worth 76,06 € its' value included delivery at the time i bought it(it was black Friday) i was informed from DHL when it arrived at the customs of Greece that i should pay 67,52 € more for duty tax/charge in order to deliver it. If you are from Greece and you are willing to spend a small fortune to get 4 shades (after all they are shades of nothing special species) you can go forward to. I returned it to the CarShades.uk company and now i am waiting to have my refund of 76,06 € to my credit card. Totally unacceptable this policy( whoever is responsible) that does not inform in time consumers for the exact extra money that they are expecting to pay at Customs to have full knowledge for making their budget and decide if they can afford to buying it or not. They don' t have serious after sales policy. I sent them 3 messages to find out when am i supposed to get the refund but no response by them. I had to make an objection through paypal to get money back. Not trustful company.Waste of time and money. Τhey pay no attention to you especially when it has to do with refunds. Κeep away if you have self-respect. Anastasios from Greece.”

Hi Anastasios - we respect and understand the frustration that you have detailed in your feedback. However, customs and shipping fees are not costs that are charged or controlled by ourselves, they are fees applied by the specific country's customs department and the shipping company who charge the handling fee, therefore unfortunately it isn't possible for us to advise what charges you will face. We don't of course charge for VAT on your purchase with us, hence why you are then charged the duty locally.
