“The polestar 2 shades fit perfectly, however the shades for the volvo xc40 do not fit quite as well, the main window has a 1cm gap on the left and right hand side.”

“Instructions difficult to follow, website instructions differ from paper. Not a great fit on back windows but still work well blocking sun from babies face.”

“Bought some car shades based on what was shown would be compatible via the car details entered but once they arrived they did not fit. Response from customer service was very short and did not address our complaint about wrong suggestion being given. Now have no choice but to send back ourselves and pay return postage.”

“These are actually brilliant! Ordered them for my SEAT Arona and they, of course, fit like a glove. Really simple to fit and have already been tested with the windows down. Much better privacy and reduced brightness for my toddler and peace of mind for me, perfect.”

“Was recommended these on facebook after seeing a post complaining about car shades and seeing your blind spot/ gaps around them. The woman said they were a game changer and i bookmarked it with intrigue. After another frustrating long distance car ride where the sun shades i previously had were thrown across the car on the motorway i decided it was time to get these. Perfect fit. Little bit of faff putting them in (because i didn't read the instructions before trying) and even with the faff they were inserted in 10 -15 minutes. Now my toddler isnt complaining about the sun coming around her old sun shade and she can put the window down without me worrying about anything being thrown out of the window. Main advantage is that you can see your blind spot through them. The car is cooler in the sun now as theres full shades on the back windows and the boot. Wish i’d bought these 4 years ago. Ive bought so many types of car shades in the past and i’m super excited that these work so well 🥰 i’ve been showing everyone my fancy shades!”

Hi Ian - we are sorry to learn that you are slightly disappointed with your Car Shades due to the rear window visibility. Given it is a mesh fabric it will obscure some of the view unfortunately, however the Car Shades are very easy to pop out and store if required, especially if driving at night. Thank you Car Shades

“Absolutely brilliant product. i Had the older style ones that applied by velcro however the velcro stickers soon came off and the blinds tore easily due to the velcro and taking them on and off the windows. These ones are far more superior the shades are sturdier and the metal brackets very secure so that you can still use the windows if needed The shades for the back windscreen are solid and my very inquisitive dog cannot manage to remove them although it may happen in time due to him being a nut!! but i’m very pleased at the minute as he’s so far not noticed them much as they are so close to the window and he is the reason for purchasing the shades to keep him cool in our MGzs which unfortunately does not have tinted windows and we needed to cool the inside of our car for him and his comfort so very happy with how well my new shades have worked they have changed the car completely and they look superior on the car too. Excellent service by Carshades also very fast delivery so very happy”

“Very pleased with the shades The rear shade for the boot was a task To get to fit so I wouldn’t call it a perfect fit Maybe would have been better as a single piece instead of two halves it was quite a job to get them to meet perfectly in the middle then fit the joint clip However that being said once they are in I’m very pleased with the overall results”
