“Excellent product, would say the instructions could be better, as placement of clips and how the fit within the door frame were not that easy to understand at first. I.E I close up of how the clip sits within the door frame from both sides just to make sure. Otherwise excellent product and will be buy a second set for the wife’s car”

“Would’ve been a fantastic product had it fitted my Fiat Panda Trussardi. Sent it back not a free return! Awaiting to hear if they have received the items in good faith and when a refund will be due by. Returns policy needs some work in your terms and conditions. If someone could let me know the information I’ve politely asked for, that’s be great. Thank you.”

“Generally pleased with the shades, though the shades for the rear boot windows do not fit correctly, they are slightly too big and overlap in the centre in places despite readjusting several times. Also, I had some difficulty attaching the clips to the shades, they were REALLY tight!”

“very very disappointed with my order, I was forced to pay more than 40 euros in customs fees, while on your site you do not specify anything about this. it is on I will not recommend you and I am sure that you will not even answer this mail. Inconceivable at the limit of the scam whereas on Amazon there are no these costs. very disappointed !!!!!!!!”

Hi Bernard - whilst we appreciate your point of view, we can assure you this isn't a scam. For relevant countries, VAT isn't charged on the order and the customs charges are set and charged by the country of destination which as I am sure you can appreciate is out of our control. “The shades came with impressive speed given the international shipping, and look great, but the clips to install them were the wrong assortment (the small plastic bag was cut open, and missing several necessary clips, also some didn't correspond to the clips specified), and the diagrams didn't provide enough detail on some installation quirks with my particular car -- though the photos in the instructions ARE of my specific model car, which is excellent. I will revise the review upwards when I am able to install the shades. Please respond to me - I I had no response yesterday and today to the note I sent on Tuesday.”

“** AVOID** Very poor product quality meant I could not use these shades and when you raise this issue with the company you get no response for weeks and then a generic email about terms and conditions and 14 days to return a product, but only once you have contacted them first, but there trick is not to respond....”

“Have purchased 5 sets of car shades over the years. Would have given 5 stars this time but photo-based instructions are very hard to understand due to poor image quality, and incorrect clip quantities were sent. Staff on the phone are great though - sent more clips out in the post asap, just really needed them to arrive correct with the shades just before our week away in the sun. Will purchase again regardless as product is excellent.”

“After receiving the shades I noticed that two of the clips were missing, not a great start. I have sent you 3 emails over a week ago and still had no reply. I’ve tried to call and on both occasions I was on hold for over 25 minutes, but I was apparently number one in the queue the whole time, but no one answered so had to hang up. Very frustrating when I’m calling from Ireland, which costs me to call. Customer service is none existent. Plus the clips I have, I tried putting on the shades and they only go on if you bend the clip. All in all not a great experience or product. I wouldn’t use car shades again.”

“Had my shades for a while now and love them the only thing that’s a problem is I had ordered the wrong set for my car and spoke to some one who said to send them back and payed for and received new ones but it’s been over a month now and I’m still waiting for a refund Every time I ring there is never any answer Iv been the next caller for over an hour I rang at 9:02am and ended up hanging up at 10:13 am I would just like my refund as it’s not a little bit of money”

“I Have had car shades in my dacia logan MCV for some time now, recently while moving some junk, i caught one of the clips which sadly snapped it, a quick look on the website and hay presto a full set. paid delivered fitted simple as that whatever i own after this car, i will look and see if car shades make a kit for it :)”

“Easy to order the correct blinds and quickly despatched too. I had 6 blinds to fit and after reading the instructions supplied had them fitted in 10 mins.....an absolute doddle of a job and they look great 👍”
