“Purchased Freelander 2 set of rear shades. What a difference keeping sun off the rear seats. Reasonably easy to fit when you work out which way up they go (haha) Really happy we went to the extra expense to get exact fit for our car. High recommend Car Shades.co.uk”

“Side windows fit perfect on Ford Grand C-max. Rear window shades don’t stay in place :(. Made my own clips out of paper clip wire to help stay square, but still needs more work to stop dropping down to low and leaving a gap at the top”

Hi - we are sorry you are having issues with your tailgate Car Shades - we are going to send you some CL-M12 clips that have a slightly longer back plate to help the Car Shades stay in place better and you can hopefully remove the paper clip ;) Thanks Car Shades

“Used before on bmw f20 and was great. Ordered new set for e92 and rear shades are sagging badly. Looks cheap and can’t see through.”

“Great product and fit well. Easy to install and remove. My only bug bare is the large shade for the boot window is a 2 piece shade and I'd preferred it as one large shade to avoid the join in the middle.”

“I didn't like the product when I received it (details below). I returned it, but haven't had a refund and have experienced Terrible Customer Service. I ordered a set of carshades, but found the installation very fiddly with all of the little clips that could easily get lost if you wanted to remove the shades e.g. for rear windscreen visibility at night time. I also felt that the small metal clips could scratch the car if not installed perfectly each time. So I returned them the following week under the 30 day moneyback guarantee. I posted them recorded delivery and have confirmation from Royal Mail that they were received on Friday 02 June 2023 It has now been over 30 days, still no refund and Carshades has ignored my emails and the phoneline is always busy. This is the message I received when I originally asked about returning the product. "Hi you are welcome to return your order to us under your 30 day money back guarantee. Unfortunately we do not supply pre-paid postage labels or refund any return postage costs. Many Thanks, Stephen Stockwell.
